These shoes also offer maximum heel support through multiple layers and lightweight, reinforced injection fiberglass soles for efficient, powerful strokes every time. In addition, they're compatible with FLR C-10, C-20, and C-30 cleats, as well as all of the most popular 2-bolt SPD and 3-bolt clipless pedal systems.
